“Enlightened and relaxed was my overall feeling. The trip was a helpful launch pad for doing what’s best for my self-care (necessary for healing to be maintained and furthered) and my biggest challenge. I really loved it all. I liked that it was a smaller group. The 4:30-6:30 vision meetings were better for me as I could really pay attention.

Our boat crew was very flexible as we were able to stay out a little longer on the boat. It did seem that the swim areas are so packed in the morning so staying a little later was much appreciated. Our boat crew was awesome! The retreat center was perfect and the drive to the Marina was beautiful and quite relaxing.” BT
